徐红艳，女，湖北省石首市（县）人，教授，博导。

二、教学工作

讲授课程：本科生水产动物遗传育种学、细胞生物学；

研究生分子生物学研究技术、学术规范与论文写作。

教书育人理念：以爱为舟，以教为帆，启迪心智，塑造灵魂，成就未来。

教学成果：荣获水产动物遗传育种学重庆市2022高校课程思政教学名师和团队；重庆市线下一流课程-水产动物遗传育种学；连续两年指导本科生论文分别获得重庆市优秀论文、校优秀论文。

1.水生动物生殖干细胞发育分化机制、细胞培养及细胞工程育种技术研究；

2.水生动物细胞种质资源库的构建与利用技术研究；

3.鱼类转基因育种技术及应用研究。
