二、教学工作
参与《观赏水产养殖学》《水族工程学》等课程,坚持“率性而教,循本真以致广远”的教学理念。曾指导学生参加全国大学生水族箱造景技能大赛,获得特等奖、一等奖成绩。
三、科学研究
从事水产动物遗传育种相关研究,主要以青藏高原地区特有鱼类为模型,聚焦其如何适应不同环境因子变化的生理与分子调控网络,解析鱼类在极端或变化环境下的生存策略与进化机制。通过整合比较基因组学、转录组学及生理生化手段,系统探究关键功能基因、信号通路及表型可塑性在适应性形成中的作用。
